Freelance Radio Reporter

Fox News Radio is seeking an experienced freelance Radio Reporter to work in our Washington DC bureau.  We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently but also take direction and quickly adapt to changing news developments and priorities.   The ideal candidate will be available to  fill shifts when needed, often  on short notice.  Strong writing, reporting, production and voice skills are a must.  We want someone who thrives under deadline pressure and can simultaneously report stories on multiple platforms including terrestrial radio newscasts and Fox News Headlines 24/7.   You should have a demonstrated record of solid reporting.  Experience in anchoring newscasts and live coverage of  breaking news is a major plus. On-line reporting experience is another plus.  Candidates will have a minimum of five years of network or major market radio news reporting experience.   Demo/link required for consideration.
