We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our digital strategy team. As the Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the management of high profile products, features and services for our millions of daily users. In this role, you will create new ways to delight our audience through the implementation of seamless publishing processes. You are the go-to person for insights on the future trends of news and possess great communication and leadership skills as you interact with the rest of the Product Team.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Survey and document industry competition
  • Oversee product definition, planning and execution
  • Research best practices in web design and find the latest trends in digital media that support the needs of editorial, sales and product teams
  • Lead and mentor a team of five product managers
  • Utilize data analytics and audience research to improve our digital products
  • Product Ownership of high profile properties and features
  • Evaluate new product opportunities from an audience, editorial and technology perspective
  • Pitch new ideas to Fox News digital products to enhance user experience and/or meet business goals
  • Improve processes for greater efficiency and higher quality

 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital technology experience in either a product or strategy role
  • A strong background in web analytics and the ability to develop our product roadmap from key insights
  • Passion for the web and the future of news
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product execution and leading cross-functional terms to deliver high-quality products
  • Skilled at both verbal and written communication, and the ability to translate strategic vision into clear and concise digital requirements
  • A team player with the flexibility to get things done in a fast-past news environment
  • Able to perform strategic business analysis to demonstrate ROI and P&L impact of products
  • Expertise in media analytics, specifically Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
  • Experience with digital A/B testing and personalization
  • Should love documentation, details and diving head-first into solving our customer and business problem
  • Experience working with video players, capture, encoding and delivery
  • Experience with the Adobe Experience Manager platform (AEM)
  • Experience working with editorial teams
