Fox News is looking for a freelance producer to work with our team in the DC Bureau.  Producers work hand-in-hand with correspondents generating story ideas, setting up interviews, researching and gathering information. Producers are responsible for producing live shots for daytime programming and daily packages on Special Report w/Bret Baier. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, possess strong communication skills and work well both independently and in a team environment.
 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of broadcast experience
• Strong editorial judgment as well as strong logistical skills
• Knowledge of national politics and the DC area
• The ability to work well in a fast paced and intense atmosphere
• Familiarity with iNews a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts when needed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize is a necessity
