Special Report w/ Bret Baier seeks a control room Producer with extensive experience writing and producing political news for television. Substantial knowledge of formatting and timing a show rundown as well as live breaking news experience required. Excellent editorial judgment and knowledge of national politics and the DC area a must.
A successful candidate will be an aggressive, self-starter who can interact with high profile talent and all-level guests. 5+ years experience preferred. Strong organizational skills required. Must be a leader and team player. Also required: great communication and research skills, as well as creative and “out of the box” thinking.
