Job Description:

Maintain Library in Broadway system of Fox News Extras and Shout Outs

• Sign In/assign house number

• Coordinate purging of materials with Fox News Edge Producers

• Maintain Excel sheet to track Extra and Shout Out inventory.

Create and maintain FNC International Show Formats in Broadway System

Set up sales contracts in proper lengths for Fox News Edge Materials.

Assign Extras and Shout Outs in varying lengths to contracted spots.

Assign Commercial copy

• Maintain copy rotations for all lengths of Extras and Shout Outs that we air

• Update these copy rotations to include all new materials that are created and signed into the system

Do Log editing functions covering 7days/24 hours per day, including:

• Assigning NI’s

• Input promo grid and revisions to log

• Add Show ID’s to show segments

• Place proper length contract spots in breaks

• Insure proper rotation on log of Extras and Shout Outs

• Download log to Master Control, produce log extract

Reconcile Log after it airs:

• Delete breaks which did not air; credit out spots when necessary

• Upload as run data, run reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
