Senior Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
Experience: Assists the Vice President in all consumer and trade marketing efforts for major media company. Includes creative development of copy and layouts for campaigns, promotional items, and events. Daily activities include but are not limited to:
• Trafficking of materials to radio, TV and print publications
• Liaise with agencies (creative and media buying) to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain files, budgets and the processing of invoices
• Track competitive campaigns
• Various ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
• 1-2 years work experience in related marketing role, either in house or agency.
• Position requires a creative self-starter who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once while working under tight deadlines.
• Must be computer savvy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of media industry
• Degree in English or Marketing preferred but not required.
