Photo and Graphics Editor
Job Description:
Working closely with the Managing Editor, Foxnews.com, Photo/Graphics Ed will create and publish innovative, quality images and presentations for leading news website. Requires visually oriented, experienced professional who is also fully immersed in the news of the day, and has the ability to translate what’s happening into the most compelling presentation on the web. Must be able to master use of still pictures, video grabs, graphic elements, headline/text types.
QUALIFICATIONS
Superior Photoshop and Illustrator skills; strong sense of Web design and layout
Ability to work in high-pressure, breaking news environment
Demonstrated understanding of importance of compelling graphics to drive web traffic
A degree in Web design/presentation or equivalent, at least five years experience in Web or TV news production preferred.
